Hello and welcome! Finding a therapist can be challenging, and I commend you for taking this important step. If you feel curious, hopeful, or simply seen when reading this, I encourage you to reach out. Being human is hard; meaning and contentment can often feel elusive, especially in today’s world. My role is to empower you to discover and pursue what truly fulfills you.

I especially enjoy supporting individuals working through identity and existential issues. If you’re someone who is highly self-aware but still struggles to make meaningful changes or feel secure in relationships, I may be a good fit for you. I work from an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens to guide my work with clients. In session, I draw from Parts Work, somatic-oriented therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients cultivate compassionate self-awareness and integrate all parts of themselves.

I also recognize that each of us exists within larger cultural and systemic contexts that deeply shape our lived experiences. My practice is rooted in an anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and culturally responsive framework. As a second-generation immigrant and Arab-American, I bring an awareness of identity and systemic factors into the therapy room and will incorporate these elements into our work together to the extent that feels supportive and relevant to you.

Even if you don’t feel completely ready, I encourage you to take the first step, start with a complimentary phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. My approach is slow, warm, and depth-oriented, helping you move toward where you want to be.

I cook, bake, and dance a lot.
